‘Aquaman’ Will Use the ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ Stunt Team

Warner Bros. Picture’s “Aquaman” has enlisted “Mad Max: Fury Road’s” honor winning stunt group. The news was initially reported by Australia’s 9 News.

“General stunt skills, fighting, if there is water sequences obviously being capable and competent in water,” stunt chief Keir Beck told.

“Aquaman,” set to be directed by “Furious 7” and “The Conjuring” helmer James Wan.

Heroic Hollywood reports that the film could begin shooting when May 2017 and will shoot on Australia’s Gold Coast, as well as in Sicily at the Castle of Venus.

Aquaman will open on Oct. 5, 2018, with taping set to start months before Justice League hits theaters.
